Sensor rollers

Sensor rollers have integrated load sensors. They can be used in almost all production lines where web-type material is being processed or finished.

Function Flange type load sensor

The load sensor comprises a stable outer ring with flange cover and centering collar for precise installation. The inner ring in the shape of a bi-directional strip assures the centered mounting of the ball bearing. The radial forces put the strain gauges of the inner ring which are linked to a measuring bridge out of balance, thereby creating an analog output signal proportional to the web force.
